Meet The Team
Megan Hill
Megan brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, HR and business management to DMC. Prior to DMC she served as the Accounting & HR Director for a Nationwide I.T. Staffing Company. Her experience, positive attitude and empathetic nature are a great asset for DMC.

When she’s not working you can find her spending time with her family. She has a passion for fitness and enjoys traveling and reading.
Paige Lockhart
Paige’s Project Manager background is a perfect fit for DMC. She is a professional with experience in management and offers a comprehensive background in the development and execution to ensure best practices and drive corporate goal attainment. After graduating from North Carolina A&T University she moved to Atlanta and has worked in various industries. In her free time, Paige enjoys personal training, spending time with family & friends and playing with her 2 dogs.
Melinda Rossi
Melinda has over 20+ years of experience working in the Accounting profession, and has earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with her main focus on Accounting at the University of New Mexico.
She grew up in Albuquerque but now resides on an acre of land outside of Santa Fe. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes seven dogs, two cats, and a large flock of chickens. She has an adult son who lives out of state, and enjoys traveling for visits as much as possible.
Shalonda Hicks
Shalonda brings over 7 years of Financial Accounting experience to DMC. Over the years, she has gained professional accounting experience as a Senior Accountant and Financial Controller in the insurance and law industry. Prior to moving to Atlanta, she lived in Augusta, GA where she attended Keller Graduate School and received her Master of Science in Accounting. In her spare time, she is passionate about spending time with her family and loves to travel.
Anshul Hans Wesley
Anshul Hans Wesley, President of DMC, has 25 years of experience in accounting, HR and Business Management. Anshul is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Prior to founding DMC she worked in Accounting & HR in various industries such as Software Development, Engineering and Distribution Centers. As a graduate of Georgia State University, she is invested in the Metro Atlanta region and its growth and prosperity.

On a personal note, Anshul enjoys spending time with her family and friends exploring new cities and cultures.
Kimberly Bush
Kim has lived in Atlanta for 8 years and has been a senior accountant with DMC for 7 out of those 8 years. Prior to moving to Atlanta she lived in Florida where she attended Florida Atlantic University and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She brings 20 years of experience to DMC.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs.
